1. THIS SITE PLAN HAS BEEN DRAWN FROM
AVAILABLE GIS INFORMATION AND PUBLIC
RECORDS. MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT EXACT.
2. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER /
CONTRACTOR TO PROCURE A SURVEY WHEN
NECESSARY OR REQUIRED.
3. WHEN SOIL CONDITIONS APPEAR UNSTABLE
OR OTHERWISE IN DOUBT, THE CONTRACTOR
MUST PROCURE A GEOTECHNICAL REPORT, IF
NOT PREVIOUSLY OBTAINED.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TIE INTO ALL
AVAILABLE UTILITIES. THE LOCATION OF ALL
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHALL BE FIELD-
LOCATED AND CONFIRMED BY THE
CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO EXCAVATION.
5. INDICATED LOCATIONS OF SEPTIC SYSTEMS,
WELLS, AND OTHER UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
SHALL BE APPROVED AND/OR REVISED BY
THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
5. THE BUILDING AREA SHALL BE CLEARED OF
ORGANIC AND MAN-MADE MATERIALS.
6. TREES & VEGETATION SHALL BE REMOVED OR
PLACED IN SUCH MANNER AS TO CREATE A
DEFENSIBLE AREA AROUND THE HOME IN
CASE OF WILDFIRE.
