WHEREAS, the City Council desires to maintain the overall quality of life experienced by its constituents; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set certain fees so that they cover the cost of the services provided through the payment of those fees; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Rexburg, effective February 22, 2007, that the fees in attached list shall be charged as specified: PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 21ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2007. held for the consideration of the proposed fee increases effective February 22, 20D7. The hearing will be held at City HaA, 12 N, Center, Rexburg, Idaho, ~t 7:15 pm, on February 21, 2007. All interested persons are irnited to appear and show cause, if any, why such fee increases should or should fiot be adopted Additional information is available at City Hall during the regular office hours (8 am to 4 pm, weekdays).
