Van Tassel Secretary/Treasurer Joseph K. Haynes, P.E. Local Highway Administrator Enclosed are two revised original copies of the State/Local Agreement for construction of the above referenced project in the South Rexburg Arterial. This document is the standard agreement between the Idaho Transportation Department, (ITD) and the City for a project funded with money from the Federal Highway Administration. Please review this document and, after acceptance by the City of Rexburg, please sign both copies. Return both copies of the State/Local Agreement to the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) at the above mentioned address. Enclosed, please find aself- address envelope to be used to mail your sponsor check in the amount of $ 11,046. This money is an estimate of the local match (7.34% of both the design and construction cost) less costs already paid by the City. The actual amount required of the City may vary depending upon actual construction cost. LHTAC will process the agreement through ITD and return a fully executed copy to the City. After ITD's approval, this project can be bid for construction by ITD. If you have any questions, or need additional information, please contact us. Sincere! , ~-. Gerald H. Flatz, P.E.
