I'm writing to share my strong disapproval of the rezoning of the property at 204 South fifth W. in Rexburg Idaho. I live in
that neighborhood and strongly disagree with the proposal to resell that area for the reasons of the impact on the
neighborhood that is surrounded by that is that is all single homes,the impact of traffic on an already busy street,the
safety issue of that walkway being the route for elementary school students to walk to school.This area is single family
homes, and to put a small pocket of higher density in the middle of people's yards and backyards seems a very unfair and
selfish use of property, disregarding the current property owners rights to live in a single family neighborhood.
Please consider these reason and more that are shared when making the decision.
