The maps that were presented are based on parcel lines and surveys for each property.
The pictures that are on the website are not accurate but just an approximation of
boundaries. No changes will be made to your property with this action.
You are welcome to zoom in to the meeting and voice any concerns you may have with
this zone and comprehensive plan amendment.

We are in San Diego on a mission, but a neighbor alerted us to the proposed zoning changes to
the immediate south of our property at 511 Park Street.
My immediate concern is the map showing the proposed area to be rezoned is inaccurate. Our
property line to the south is the north edge of the large garage on our neighbors property. That
garage abuts the property line. But the map draws the line about halfway between our house
and the garage. I’m asking that this be addressed before your hearing.
I obviously cannot attend the hearing. I’ll seek to watch online. Is there a way I can have my
voice be heard?
