On the secondary access with gate comment from fire, this is the response I got from Mike and Melvin. "We talked with Stan and we agreed to do a hammerhead turnaround". They also mentioned that the number of lots would not require a secondary access. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns. You stated that you wanted to correct the titles and references to Parkgreen Townhomes and would resubmit the corrected CC&R’s. The average plat process takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the number of revisions requested. I do not predict that these plats will go before City Council this month, as we have to follow our platting process which includes staff reviews, county surveyor reviews, and the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation before going to City Council. This is the same process that the Rosewood Townhomes plat went through. The Planning and Zoning Administrator, Alan Parkinson, can be reached at 208-709-8447, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm MST.
