IRON HORSE, DIVISION 1 OF THE CITY OF REXBURG
The Development Agreement for Iron Horse, Division No. 1 Development recorded with the
Madison County Recorder on July 13, 2021 as Instrument No. 442210 is hereby released as an
encumbrance upon the real property described in said agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding,
the Developer, as defined in said agreement, shall remain subject to the warranty obligations set
forth in said agreement.
The release of said agreement does not release the current or future owners of the lots within the
Development from following City Engineering Standards, Development Code, Building Code, and
other City Ordinances during development or redevelopment of lots within the Development.
