The intended use for the property involves the consolidation of three existing lots. This will enable the retention
of the current rental residence while facilitating the development of eight new townhouse units, comprehensive
parking facilities, dedicated greenspace, and a sports court.
Under the current zoning regulations, the approved building structures do not permit a configuration that
optimally utilizes the available space within the property lines. Therefore, a zone change to LDR2 is proposed.
