This was originally in the FY 2025 Budget, but did not get formalized with BYUI until the new FY 2026 Budget.
The agreement would be to trade a credit of $200,000 for future use towards impact, capacity, building fees, etc.
Renewal would reimburse the City $200,000 for the land and has in their budget to develop the 5.02 acres
this Fiscal Year.
