Bart,
I am pleased to let you know that we have approved your project concept. We do not have
an answer yet on whether you will be able to put both men and women in one building or if
they will need to be in separate buildings. We are continuing to work on that, and we will
have an answer for you in the next 2-4 weeks. We will need to see your plans ahead of the
build, but I hope this gives you what you need to continue moving the project forward.
I know this property, as with the other Sundance properties, will be a great addition to the
approved housing market. Thank you for all you do to support BYU-Idaho and the students.
