The said area is located at approximately 1076 S 12th W in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly shown as follows:Legal Description:Lot 5, Block 1, Iron Horse Division No. 1 subdivision as de-picted on the official plat thereof recorded with the Madison County Recorder on July 23, 2021 as Instrument No. 442462.At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall or emailed to clerk@rexburg.org prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025.
