Please take the following subdivision concerns into consideration: 1)How will the water be diverted so that the homes on lower Stone Dr not be flooded? 2)Will there be quality twin homes or duplexes built if proposal passes?What is the standard going to be here-any neighborhood covenants? 3) In a previous town meeting concerning Sky Meadows. It was determined that the Wind Song Drive and Ridgeview Drive area would be zoned for LDR2. It does not make sense or reasonable to do more LDR2 within Sky Meadows. 4)The increased traffic on Poleline without adequate road space is dangerous. There would need to be changes made on Poleline to accommodate more traffic. 5) Car/Truck noise.There is no noise barrier wall (like Eaglewood subdivision).This should be considered. 6)There is currently no walking path or sidewalk along Poleline.There are many people walking, riding a bike or running that would benefit from a walking path or sidewalk.
