SHOWN ON THE SUMMERFIELD SUBDIVISION, DIVISION NO. 10 RECORDED
IN THE MADISON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE UNDER INSTRUMENT NO.
443112 ON AUGUST 17, 2021
2. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS N 00'22'09" W BETWEEN THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER AND EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 6
NORTH , RANGE 39 EAST OF THE BOISE MERIDAN MONUMENTED WITH
BRASS CAPS.
3. THE NORTH BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED 15 FEET SOUTH OF THE
NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,
RANGE 39 EAST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN. ADDITIONAL LINES OF THE
SUBDIVISION WERE ESTABLISHED ALONG SUMMERFIELD SUBDIVISION,

Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 26, Township 6
North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian monumented with an Aluminum
Cap, thence N00'22'09"W 2625.12 feet along the east line of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 26; thence S89'45'44"W 2337.53
feet to the Northwest Corner of Summerfield Division No. 13 and the
POINT OF BEGINNING and running
thence S 00'21 '14" E 74.89 feet along the boundary of Summerfield
Division No. 13;
thence 31.46 feet along a curve to the right, with a central angle

SATISFACTION OF SANITARY RESTRICTIONS. BUYER IS CAUTIONED
THAT AT THE TIME OF THIS APPROVAL, NO DRINKING WATER OR
SEWER/SEPTIC FACILITIES WERE CONSTRUCTED. BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION CAN BE ALLOWED WITH APPROPRIATE BUILDING
PERMITS IF DRINKING WATER OR SEWER FACILITIES HAVE SINCE
