the application is to subdivide the parcel into 57 lots. – Mike Wade (Action)
7. Public Hearing – (25-00877) Moody Rd Townhomes – Rezone from TAG to LDR3 -
Located at approximately 396 W Moody Road, the application is to change the zoning
map of 11.67 acres from Transitional Agriculture (TAG) to Low Density Residential 3
(LDR3). – Marco Diaz (Action)
8. Public Hearing – (25-00855) Sky Meadows – Rezone from LDR1 to LDR2 – Located along
Silver Wood Lane and Ridge View Drive, the application is to change the zoning map of
16.25 acres from Low Density Residential 1 (LDR1) to Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2). –
