The property is zoned as High Density Residential 1 (HDR1). The Comprehensive Plan designation is High Residential. The current zoning of High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) allows for a maximum density of 30 units per acre, consisting of attached single-family homes, multi-family, or a dormitory with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
