THE MADISON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 443112
ON FEBRUARY 10, 2025
2. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS N 00222'09" W BETWEEN THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER AND EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH ,
RANGE 39 EAST OF THE BOISE MERIDAN MONUMENTED WITH BRASS CAPS.
3. THE NORTH BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED 15 FEET SOUTH OF THE
NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,
