Observations and/or Remarks:
I arrived at approximately 7:30 AM and commenced the setup of my equipment in preparation for concrete
testing. The initial truck arrived around 8:00 AM, initiating material preparation. Material placement into the
pump truck began at approximately 8:10 AM, albeit delayed until approximately 8:40 AM due to a blockage in
the pump truck hose.
Following the adequate placement of material, I obtained a sample for testing purposes. Subsequently, I
conducted both slump and air tests, both of which conformed to project specifications. I proceeded to create five
strength specimens for subsequent laboratory testing.
I monitored operations until the 11th truck arrived at roughly 12:30 PM, with material placement starting at
approximately 12:40 PM. After collecting a sample from this truck and performing slump and air tests, I
confirmed compliance with project specifications. Additionally, I generated five strength specimens for further
laboratory analysis.
I then ensured the strength specimens were in a cooler filled with water for proper concrete setting temperature.
Following these tasks, I cleaned my equipment and concluded my activities, departing from the job site.

Manufab needed a concrete test. I arrived on site and met with the contractor. We discussed where I’d be testing
concrete. The first truck arrived and start getting ready for placement. Once a sufficient amount of material had
been placed, I collected a sample for testing. The tests I performed for this sample were performed with no
errors and the results were reported to the contractor. I then cleaned my equipment and observed the remainder
of material placement.

I arrived on site at around 7:00am and began my inspections for where concrete was to be poured. I then set up
me testing equipment and waited for concrete to arrive. Concrete arrived at around 7:45am and I began my field
test soon thereafter. After I had completed all of my tests, I cleaned my gear and observed the remainder of the
pour. After the pour was complete I left the job site.

with project specifications. Then I began preparing my equipment for testing. The truck arrived at approximately
2:00 PM and immediately prepared to place material.
Once a sufficient amount of material had been placed, I collected a sample for testing. The tests I performed for
this sample were in general conformance of project specifications and the results were reported to the contractor.
I then repeated this process on the 6th truck.
Upon completion of my second test I then cleaned my equipment and observed the remainder of material
placement.

approximately 4:30 PM and began to immediately place material.
Once a sufficient amount of material had been placed, I collected a sample for testing from 2 trucks. The 2nd
truck I tested had plastisizer. The tests I performed for these samples were in general conformance of project
specifications and the results were reported to the contractor.
I then cleaned my equipment and observed the remainder of material placement.
