For this one, let's go ahead and issue the CO, with the concrete handicapped spot and pit run in the parking area. For consistency purposes, that is what we have done in the rest of that business park. We may want to revisit this section of our code moving forward. But for this one, let's go ahead and issue the CO. Sec 109-86 General Parking Standards <https://madison.municipalcodeonline.com/book?type=ordinances#name=Sec_109-86_General_Parking_Standards> 1. Loading stall requirements and dimensions. Off-street loading stalls for commercial uses may be required by the county, number and dimensions to be determined on a case-by-case analysis by the commission or the county building inspector if so authorized by the commission. 2. Maintenance. The owner of property used for parking and/or loading shall maintain such area in good condition without holes and free of noxious dust, trash and other debris. 3. Surface. The required number of parking and loading stalls as set forth in this article, together with driveways, aisles and other circulation areas, shall be improved to a standard equal or better to the surface of the public street it adjoins. The way the code reads, if the public street is paved with asphalt, (as it is there) then the parking lot needs to be paved as well. Manufab on 2959 Grizzly ln is wanting their CO. The finish grade material around the whole building is pit run material with the exception of the ADA stall which is out of concrete.
