The said parcel is located at ap-proximately 301 S 12th W in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:Legal Description:A parcel of land that lies fully within the Southwest quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 30 East, Boise Meridian. Subject parcel being 13.864 acres of land as described in the Warranty Deed Instrument Num-ber 250423 as found in the Madison County Recorder’s Office. Basis of Bearing is North 89° 48’ 29” East 2637.14 feet mea-sured between the found West Quarter Comer and the Center Quarter Comer of said Section 25.
