Project Description
The applicant is requesting to subdivide approximately 18.1 acres into 4 buildable lots.
The property is zoned as Community Business Center (CBC). The Comprehensive Plan
designation is Commercial (C).
The current zoning of Community Business Center (CBC) allows for commercial and retail uses.

Good afternoon! Is there a way to add a comment when we upload drawings? Mark Hokanson spoke with Cole about
his comment regarding the bearing difference between Div. 2 & our Div. 3, and he is accepting of his bearings, but
asks that when we resubmit the plat to add a comment. The comment that we would like to add:
“Per GIS comments about the bearings, that the differences are expected due to a different basis of bearing and the
location of found monuments from Squires Division 2.”
I didn’t see an area to be able to add the comment. Am I missing something or is this something you can add on
your end?
