Nitro Station Off-Premise Beer and Wine License Approval – Action Item Motion to approve off-premise beer and wine license #4441 for Nitro Station located at 279 N 2nd E by Council Member C. Erickson; seconded by Council Member Reeser: Those voting aye Those voting nay Council Member Johnson none Council Member C. Erickson Council Member E. Erickson Council President Walker Council Member Reeser 3. View Possible Police Facility Locations Council discussed possible locations for the proposed police facility around Yellowstone and 7th S, University and 5th W, and Airport Rd. 4. View Alleyway between Cornell Ave and S 1st E Council viewed conditions and situations at the alleyways between Cornell Ave and 1st E, Cornell Ave and 2nd E, and 2nd E and Harvard Ave 5. View LID 55 Streets, Curb, and Gutter for 2026 Season Council viewed Birch Ave, Public Works Director Davidson showed them the challenges of fixing the street to comply with ADA regulations, driveway grades/slopes, and drainage issues that will need to be taken into consideration when fixing this street. 6. Tour of the New Ice Rink in Riverside Park – 10:00am Council Member Chambers joined drive around. Council toured construction of the ice rink at Riverside Park, and the projected grand opening is in September 2025. 7. Tour Teton Lakes Clubhouse and New Deck City Council wrapped up the drive around by touring the clubhouse renovations and the repair of the handrail on the south side of the building. 8.
