PUBLIC NOTICEDECLARATION OF INTENT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Rexburg hereby declares its intent to sell the city-owned property located at approximately 195 E 1st S, Rexburg, ID 83440, as described below.
LEGAL DESCRIPTIONCommencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 4 in Block 37 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof; and running thence North 82.5 ft, thence West 154 ft, thence South 82.5 ft, thence East 154 ft to the point of beginning.
Pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1402, the Rexburg City Coun-cil has declared its intent to sell municipal real property. The Council further orders the City Clerk to provide notice that a Public Hearing concerning the proposed sale will be held May 21, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Rexburg City Hall, 35 N 1st E Rexburg, Idaho.
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed annexation. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall or email to clerk@rexburg.org prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2025.
