Separate sealed Bids for the City of Rexburg Water Recla-mation Facility – Headworks Expansion and Septage Reception will be received at City Hall at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, ID 83440, until Tues-day, March 11, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. local time. Bids will be opened and publicly read out loud at that time. The Project Documents are posted and available for download at the City’s website rexburg.org/page/rfps. Addenda and other projected related information will be posted at the same site. Interested parties should notify the City and Design En-gineer (contact below) so that they can be notified of any ad-denda or additional informa-tion that is posted regarding the project. A mandatory, pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, February 27th, 2025, 11:00 A.M. local time, meeting at the City of Rexburg WRF Site located at 525 North 5th West, Rexburg, ID, 83440. All interested bidders are re-quired to attend walkthrough. A bid bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any of the items in the bids.
