Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF REXBURG, at the request of the property owner named below, is placing a C-PACE Lien pursuant to Section 67-3810 of the Commercial Property Assessed
Capital Expenditure Act, Chapter 38 of Title 67, Idaho Code. In support of this lien the following information is submitted:
