Thank you for your continued support on this phase. We don't intend to build or work on this
phase for at least another year. So a 6 month extension would not be of help. We would still
run short of time. We'll have to come back and get it reapproved once the decision is made to
move forward on it.

request a 6 month extension, a letter or email requesting the extension will need to be
received by the P&Z Department by September 1st, 2024.

I’ll check back with you in August about Phase 13. You can request a 6 month extension, if
that better fits your timeline. Also, the plat would only need to be recorded before the
deadline, no ground work or building would be required from our side.

Attached are phase 11 and 12, They were supposed to give you a copy when they
recorded. I'm guessing that didn't happen.
13 We are going to let it expire and we'll have to bring it back to the council when we are
ready to build it.

Just a reminder that a Plat must be filed with the County Recorder within 6 months of City
Council’s approval. Failure to do so will render the approval null and void. If an approved Plat
expires, a new application must be submitted and processed for reconsideration. If there are
complications that will prohibit the Plat from being recorded within 6 months of City Council
approval, an extension may be requested (please communicate with the Planning and Zoning
department for the stipulations of the extension).

I noticed the Summerfield mylars for phase 11 & 12 are still waiting to be picked up and
recorded.
Summerfield phase 13 will need fees paid and the development agreement signed prior
to mylars being printed.
