The structural plans for the Call Oil Loading Rack show the current framing conditions. The floor is framed with cantilevered joist as well as a rim board fascia beam that supports the
joists that have too short of a back span. The stamped plans are my approval of the built floor system. The stamp means I have calculated the framing and everything meets the requirements
of the IBC.
