Hello, my name is Clarynn Yearsley and I own one of the apartments in Continental Condos on one of the
roads with a planned LID. I would like my protest noted for the upcoming city council meeting. This is not
a good year for our HOA to have another added cost. LIDs put unnecessary burdens on homeowners.
Citizens deserve to have plenty of notice as well. Our HOA was notified less than two weeks ago. We
have only been contacted through our HOA and not by the city. I have heard many negative experiences
from homeowners that have been part of a local LID. The council needs to come up with a better
solution. A candidates stance on LIDs will definitely sway how I vote in the future. Thankyou for
addressing my concerns.
