A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO. THE LAND IS LOCATED EAST OF 4TH EAST AND
SOUTH OF 2ND NORTH AS PURSUANT TO DEED INSTRUMENT NUMBER 447630. A RECORD OF SURVEY WAS
RECORDED IN THE MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO RECORDS AS PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 449725.
THE CENTERLINE OF ROAD INTERSECTIONS WHERE ESTABLISHED FROM FORSGREN ENGINEERING
MONUMENT CONTROL SURVEY AND THE SURVEYS BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED FROM THESE CORNERS.
THIS METHOD FIT EXISTING FENCES AND OTHER FEATURES THAT WERE TIED IN BY G.P.S. AROUND THE BLOCK.
MONUMENTS FOUND AROUND THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARY ARE 5/8” IRON RODS WITH PLASTIC CAPS (L.S.
9369) ON THE NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNERS OF THE PLAT AND 1/2” IRON RODS WITH PLASTIC
CAPS (L.S. 9369) ON THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS. CITY OF REXBURG CONTROL WAS USED FOR
THIS PROJECT.
