This letter certifies that Stonebridge Division 1, a 52-lot twin home development located
next to 475 E 7`b North, Rexburg, ID 83440, will be retained under the ownership of Alta Project
Services. The maintenance of roadways, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, landscape, and
all common areas will be the responsibility of Alta Project Services or any future owners.
