Part of the north 1/2 of Lot 1 Block 16 of the Original Rexburg Townsite and being part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian,
City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the east 1/4 corner of Section 19 from which the southeast corner of said section bears South 00°01’46” East 2640.22 feet, the basis of bearings for this description;
Thence South 00°01’46” East 560.73 along the east line of said Section 19 and
South 89°43’53” West 50.71 feet from the east 1/4 corner of Section 19 to the southeast corner of the north 1/2 of Lot 1 Block 16 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence S 89°43'53" W 329.50 feet along the south line of said north 1/2 to the southwest corner of said north 1/2;
Thence N 00°16'00" W 60.92 feet along the west line of said north 1/2 to its intersection with northeasterly bank of the Rexburg Canal;
Thence along said canal bank the following 3 courses:
N 51°34'54" W 59.33 feet;
N 40°58'36" W 50.10 feet;
N 22°31'23" W 21.21 feet;
Thence S 89°05'50" E 416.59 feet to a point on the east line of the north 1/2 of said Lot 1 Block 16;
Thence S 00°16'32" E 147.10 feet along said east line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
