Cast —in —place concrete: Class 40A, f'c = 4 ksi. 2. Steel reinforcement for WWR: ASTM A1064, fy = 70 ksi. J. Other reinforcement: ASTM A1064, Grade 60, fy = 60 ksi. 4. Structural steel: ASTM A36. 5. Dock leveler and bumpers: Edge of dock style, mechanically operated, 78" width, 30,000 lb capacity, standard bumpers. 6. Chain link fence: See Sheet 4. 7. Grout: ASTM C1107 Grade A non —shrink. 8. Install premanufactured items in accordance with manufacturer s recommendations. CONSTRUCTION NOTES 1. Construct in accordance with Idaho Standards for Public Work Construction, latest edtition. 2. Provide 2" concrete cover to all reinforcement except 3" for concrete surfaces cast against and permanently exposed to earth. J. Provide 3/4" chamfer to all exposed concrete edges. 4. Provide 18" separation between well drain line and potable water line. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Earthwork Contractor 1.1. Provide utility locates. 1.2. Provide all pavement sawcutting. 1.3. Provide all excavation, including shoring as needed, and compacted backfill. 1.4. Provide and install the drain line from 8" outside the well to and through the retaining wall to the west. 2. Concrete Contractor 2.1. Provide and install all formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post blockouts, and trench drain to 8" outside of well. 2.2. Install the dock channel. 2.3. Remove post blackout pvc pipe forms and plastic. J. Welding Contractor 3.1. Provide the dock channel. 3.2. Provide and install the dock leveler and bumpers. 4. Fencing Contractor 4.1. Provide and install all fence material, including grout for post setting. 5. Paving Contractor 5.1. Provide and install all final pavement around the well and above the drain line.
