EXISTING 5/8 INCH IRON RODS WITH PLASTIC CAPS MARKED LS 14222. THE FOUND MONUMENTS
WERE TIED TO THE NORTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 39 EAST
PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 393351 AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER PURSUANT TO
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 265165 OF THE FORMENTIONED TOWNSHIP AND RANGE. THESE
MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AT O.5 FEET TO 0.9 FEET DIFFERENT THAN REXBURG CONTROL
PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 422122. THE NORTH 1/4 CORNER COORDINATES DIFFERS
FROM CITY OF REXBURG SECTION CORNER CONTROL BY 1.5 FEET SOUTH OF ORIGINAL CITY
COORDINATES. THE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE NORTH 1/4 CORNER WAS AN ALUMINUM CAP.
A EAGLE ROCK ENGINEERING FIELD CREW USED CITY OF REXBURG CONTROL FROM RECORD OF
SURVEY PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 422122. THE FIELD CREW WENT NORTH, SOUTH,
EAST AND WEST AND SHOT THE SECTION CORNERS ADJACENT TO THE 1/4 CORNER ON REXBURG
CONTROL. ALL OF THE SURROUNDING CORNER TIES FIT CITY OF REXBURG CONTROL. THIS SHOWS
THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE EXISTING NORTH 1/4 CORNER DIFFERS BY 1.5 FEET FROM CITY
OF REXBURG CONTROL. THE CORNER IS BEING RE-ESTABLISHED TO FIT SEVERAL PLATS
SURROUNDING THE CORNER AND BEING TIED TO THE 1/4 CORNER. THE NORTH 1/4 CORNER
WILL BE SET BACK TO ITS ORIGNAL POSITION AS SHOWN ON RECORD OF SURVEY PURSUANT TO
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 422122. THE 2H MAIN REPLAT WILL THEN BE CONTROLED BY CITY OF
REXBURG CONTROL ALIGNMENT.
