There were (2) panels where the corbel's were poured 3" lower than
the rest of the panels (panels 35 and 36). A steel tube will be placed
as a spacer and the angle on top of the hollowcore will be flipped
over to weld to the plate. See attached updated detail.
Detail 201
There were a few embed plates placed too low for the angles to be
able to be welded to the wall panels. At these locations, Simpson
3/4"Øx5 1/2" Strong-Bolt 2 bolts shall be installed at 24" o.c. or Hilti
equivalent. See attached updated detail.
Detail 203
This detail from the Panel Shop Drawings may be amended to 4"
long solid rod as shown in the updated detail.WF2
An embed plate was missed in the foundation of the short panel
WP11. This plate may be attached to the footing with (4) wedge
anchors anchors.

Lintel ledge at the side of Panel 9 was poured 6" too high. This edge
should be cut down 6 1/2" to accommodate 1/2" plate being
anchored into the wall below. The 1/2" plate should be anchored into
the concrete wall w/ (2) 1/2" Ø wedge anchors. The heads of the
anchors will then be ground off and the plate will be plug welded to
each anchor.

Lintel ledge at the side of Panel 12 was poured 2" too low. This
edge will be built up with 2" of plate steel and then grouted solid
around the inserted plate steel.
