I sent Cody an email regarding the rating of the exterior wall Friday afternoon (they are closed Friday afternoons), I haven’t heard/received any comments back just yet.

Subject: Fire rating larger penetrations
Bret,
Walking with Cody for our Framing inspection and he requested we get your input on fire rating some larger items that boarder shared walls.
The two examples are at a party wall where plumbing is fire caulked and sealed from inside one unit but then boarders another where left exposed.
The 3rd is our SER cable penetrations with more ample space is it acceptable to fill those with rock wool and fire caulk?
