I just called and left a message for you. We expire the permits after 180 days. You will receive a notice after 150 days for a reminder that your permit is about to expire. As long
as you notify us and let us know when you will be starting this project, we will extend it with no additional fees. It looks like fees haven’t been paid yet, so just to let you know,
those will change at the beginning of the year. We also will need each of your subcontractors to fill out a Contractor work acceptance form with their valuations so I can finish figuring
out the fees. I will attach this email to the permit so we will have record of you reaching out to me for extension. Let me know if this answers your questions.
