NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO PRESENT THE WATER STUDY FINDINGS FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: January 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm to be held before the Rexburg City Council, in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, for Keller Associates to present the water study findings for the City of Rexburg, Madison, Idaho.
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to the findings of the water study as presented by Keller Associates, Inc. The City Clerk will also accept written and
emailed comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025. They may be mailed in to City of Rexburg, Attn: City Clerk, PO Box 280, Rexburg, ID 83440, emailed to clerk@rexburg.org, or turn it into the
City Clerkâs office at 35 N 1st E, Rexburg, ID 83440. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-5221 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
