NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of January 2025, at 6:30 P.M., the City Council (the”Council”) of the City of Rexburg, Idaho (the “City”), will hold a hearing on the assess-ment roll for Local Improvement District No. 53 at City Hall, 35 N 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho. The assessment roll is on file in the office of the City Clerk at the above address and is available for inspection by the public.
At the hearing, the Council will hear and determine all ob-jections to the regularity of the proceedings in making assess-ments, the correctness of assessments, and the amount levied on particular lots or parcels in relation to the benefits accruing thereon and in relation to the proper proportionate share of the total cost of the improvements.
Each owner or owners of any property which is assessed in the assessment roll for work completed in the Rexburg city limits substantially in the areas located primarily along Hillview Dr, North 4th East, and between East Main St and East 1st South as well as miscellaneous parcels in various parts of the City, whether or not named in the assessment roll, may, until four (4) p.m. on the 7th day of January 2025, file with the City Clerk objections in writing to said assessments.DATED this 5th day of December 2024.CITY OF REXBURGMadison County, IdahoBy:/s/___________Jerry L.
