Plans have been reviewed and stamped by Nate Allen, Architect Need Envelope COMM check. Deferred, Mechanical Contractor will provide the compliance form Fire partitions to meet requirements of Section 708. Penetrations in rated assemblies to meet com ply with Section 714. Fire partitions, floors, rated corridor and all penetrations have been updated, see notes on A-2 and details 1-3/A-4 Concealed spaces to be fire blocked and D raft stopped. (Attic to be separated into areas no bigger than 3 000 square feet or above every two units whichever is less.) Attic draft stop more clearly noted on 2nd floor plan Automatic sprinklers required. Fire sprinklers added to deferred items, Sprinkler contractor to make separate submittal Landings at doors and cross slope of sidewalk not to exceed 2 %. Notes added to site plan and 1st floor plan Doors to meet requirements of Section 1010. So revised Stairway s to meet requirements of Section 1011 and 1019. Handrails and guards to be in compliance with 1014 and 1015. Details and notes added Corridors to be rated and comply with section 102 0. (Egress balconies section 102 1.) Rated wall design notes and hatching added to all corridor walls Every residence to be Type B units. Unit 1 & 3 modified to fully comply to Type B requirements, sheet A-5 added to plan set Ventilation to com ply with Section 1203. Attic ventilation plan and tabulations added to A-4 D welling sound transmission to be not less than 50, unless tested. GA tested assemblies specified Emergency Escape openings as per section 103 0.
