reservations, easements, rights and rights of way, apparent or of record.

Addition to Rexburg as per the duly recorded plat thereof, in Madison County, Idaho, and thence running
124 feet North; thence 99 feet West; thence 124 feet South; thence 99 feet East to the place of beginning.
Also: That portion of Lot 2 and the West 8.35 feet of Lot 1 in Block 4 of the Bell & Bigler Addition to the
City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, being East of the Rexburg Irrigation Canal.
Also: That portion of the following property lying East of the Rexburg Irrigation Canal: Beginning at a
