Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It is correct that the City has already constructed a lift station and extended a sewer line
across the river that can be used to service Stonebridge Div 2. The most recent set of plans
submitted to the City reflects that change.
Lot 6 still needs to be deeded to the City because it still has a stormwater pond that takes
stormwater from the City streets.
I don’t believe that the Division 2 plat needs to change, because the sewer line is coming
through the next division that hasn’t been platted yet. But we do need an easement granted for
that sewer line so the City can maintain the line, until that area is platted.
Also, the City has been working on projects to extend the pedestrian path along the north side
of the river as shown on the plat, but we can’t extend the path past Stonebridge until that right
of way is transferred to the City.
We will pull out the development agreement, make any necessary updates, and send it to you.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Ryan,
Thank you for the affidavit. I have attached the improvement drawings that will be reviewed by staff.
I’ll reach out with the staff review report once the review is complete.
I have looped in our Public Works Director, Keith Davidson, and Assistant Public Works Director,
Justin Beard, to address your lift station questions. They can also answer any development
agreement questions.
Thanks,

Hi Katie,
Thank you for your quick response. Attached is a signed copy of the affidavit of legal interest. Can you
provide me with copies of any improvement drawing and/or plans that have been submitted to the City for
Stonebridge Division 2? We would like to begin the process of obtaining bids for developing the division.
Upon review of the plat, we also have a question: There is a note that indicates we will need to deed Lot
6, Block 2 to the City for a lift station. We have understood that a lift station will no longer be constructed
on that lot because the City will instead bring the sewer line through an area of the next (unplatted)
division. Is this noted in your records? Do we need to have the plat amended to reflect this change?
Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,
According to our records, the Stonebridge Division 2 infrastructure application was waiting for the
development agreement to be signed and the development agreement fees paid before it was expired
due to inactivity. To continue the process, we would need to receive an updated Affidavit of Legal Interest
from the owner. Once the Affidavit is received, the infrastructure plan would need to be re-reviewed and
approved by staff, then the development agreement can be prepared. I have attached an Affidavit of
Legal Interest form for your convenience.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Hello:
I hope you are doing well. I am writing on behalf of Fall Creek Homes in regard to a subdivision within the
City of Rexburg--Stonebridge Division 2. We have had a third-party working on this project for us to get
Division 2 developed, but that third-party has kind of gone missing and it seems nothing has happened on
the project for quite some time.
Fall Creek Homes wishes to move forward on the project. Attached is a copy of the final plat that has
been recorded. I believe the next step is to finalize a development agreement with the City. Can you tell
me what the current status is on the City's end and what the next steps are that we need to take? Can
you advise on what we need to do to get a development agreement for this division?
I appreciate your help!
Thanks,
Ryan
