Rowe, a Professional Land Surveyor, licensed by the State of Idaho, being first duly sworn on oath, do hereby depose and say: 1. That I am the Surveyor responsible for the filing of the Pebble Creek - Phase I located in part of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 39 East, B.M. , City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. 2. The Plat was filed and recorded in the Office of the Recorder, Madison County, Idaho on September 19t'', 2023 and recorded under Instrument Number 45 844 1. 3. The private interior roadway names are missing on the plat. 4. I do hereby add the private interior roadways names shown on sheet 2 of this Affidavit of Correction. 5.
