STORMWATER NARRATIVE:
THIS SITE WILL BE DESIGNED TO RETAIN THE REXBURG 100-YR 1-HR STORM.
(SEE CALCULATIONS BELOW). ALL INFRASTRUCTURE WILL BE SIZED TO
CONVEY THE 100-YR 1-HR STORM. THE SITE IS RELATIVELY FLAT AND
CONSISTS OF WELL DRAINING SOILS PER THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT.
BECAUSE OF THESE CONDITIONS THERE WILL BE NO RELEASE FROM THE SITE.
ALL STORWATER RUNOFF WILL BE COLLECTED AND CONVEYED TO BE STORED
IN THREE ABOVE GROUND RETENTION PONDS.
