This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon completion of the following items by 04/20/2024:
- Sidewalk to be completed on East end (State Project is the hold up)
- Streetlights need to be inspected and energized
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies that, at
the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed was found to be in
compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and the use for which the
proposed occupancy was classified.
