Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) is zoned to the Northeast and Light Industrial is zoned to the South. • A total of 31 hearing notifications were mailed to surrounding property owners. • Staff asks that the Planning & Zoning Commission consider recommending that City Council approves the application.
