Until recently I was unaware that this property was not registered as a duplex with the city. However it had been operated that way for 20+ yrs. I’m attaching a diagram that were provided to the tenants to show how the driveway space is to be shared so that each unit would have space for two vehicles. This method was in use for many years without issue. If for some reason, this is not sufficient. I see there being at least two possible solutions to address any parking concerns. 1. The area in front of the porch could be paved as a circular drive to free up space in the existing driveway. 2. A paved loop (purple line) could be made around the rear of the building to create a one-way traffic flow that wraps around the building and exits on the opposite side.
