HomeMy WebLinkAboutClaudeen Hill1) Why is this property changing from Trejo Professional Park Division?
2) What does "intermediate residential" mean? Is this going to be more student
apartments?
3) When I bought my townhome on Trejo 8 years ago, I understood that a public park
would go behind the townhomes on Grand Loop. Apparently, that plan has changed?
4) Has the city thought about building one -level units for retirees who are downsizing
and getting rid of stairs? There is a demand for those but all we see going up are three -
level apartment buildings for students.
5) What will the "intermediate residences" look like? Hopefully not like Madison Station
Apartments that were built on Trejo by the railroad tracks. They look like high-rise
barns! I have heard the rumor that if Madison Square doesn't fill up with students,
they will be opened to low-income families. If this is true, why do we need more
housing? More importantly, Madison Square will more than likely affect my home
value if low-income residencies are allowed. Is there basis for this rumor or not?
