2024 JD Grader at $466,715 and it comes with a new wing and a 4000 hour 84 month warranty. Staff suggests we
purchase the new grader in FY25 instead and we can have it before winter season if we order it now. Funding source is
the same, but in a different Fiscal Year. We have the cash available to make the purchase on the new one. The Transfer to
