• The properties are currently vacant.
• The request applies to 2 parcels totaling 1.31 acres.
• South and West of the parcels is zoned High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) while North
and East is zoned Community Business Center (CBC).
• A total of 58 hearing notifications were mailed to surrounding property owners.
• Staff asks that the Planning & Zoning Commission consider recommending that City
Council approves the application.
