Today we reviewed the CUP requested for the Daycare for Britnee McMinn located at 100 N 5th W.
Stephen Zollinger our City Attorney informed us that this does not qualify for a Home occupation or Home business use as this needs to be an owner/renter occupied building. As such we
will not be able to proceed with the application for a CUP. Your money will be fully refunded to you.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
