Sidewalk against 2nd East pushed 7’ from curb and gutter per city requirements 2. Note added to remove existing curb cuts and replace with typical high back curb 3. Sidewalk added around Building A connecting all doors to the parking stalls. 4. Sidewalk connecting from Building A to the sidewalk against 2nd East providing Pedestrian access into the site per city request 5. Curb and gutter around rental vehicle parking against 2nd east to account for the lost stall from the added sidewalk. Curb radius changed near West access. 6. Retaining Wall Added south of the new sidewalk connecting building A to 2nd East. 7. Retaining Wall added near the property corner North of Building A Southwest of building A 8. Sidewalk against 3rd East shown and noted to retain and protect. 9. Entrance design adjustments amended to match City standard 10. Building Finish floor elevations Raised to meet city floodplain requirements 2. Site elevations raised in consequence to building elevation changes. 3. Swales and walls added 4. Truck dock grading changed at U-Haul Request. Sheet C6 Utilities 1. All Water meters joined into one 2” water meter at direction from the city service lines for building A, Building B and Landscape all tee off after meter. Service lines rerouted to meet building tie in points. 2. Underground storm system sizing and locations changed due to grading changes for flood plain considerations. 3. Sewer main size changed to an 8” main. Manhole depths adjusted to account for lower slope allowance. 4. Reroute of existing sewer service connection from Bank property to the south. 5. City fiber J boxes and conduits added to all road frontages. Sheet C7 1. Plan and profiles updated to reflect new grades Sheet C8 1. Pipe size on sewer main updated to 8” 2. Grades changed to reflect updated grading. 3. Manholes adjusted west to stay out from under parking stalls. Sheet C9 1. Foundation reveals and swale cross section details added 2.
